Post Construction Cleanup
We offer all three phases of post construction cleaning, from initial or rough cleaning, to main or final cleaning.
We also offer a touch up cleaning service perfect for a final cleaning after all the dust from the construction has settled. And there will be dust, that’s why we’re here for you!
PHASE 1
Initial or Rough Cleaning
All construction debris including excess material, caulking, paint over spray and adhesives and protected coatings as required are removed and hauled away. Anything that was from the construction will be taken care of and hauled away. During this initial phase, no attention to minor chores or details.
PHASE 2
Main Or Final Cleaning
An an in-depth and extensive detailed cleaning of all interior surfaces to get your place “move-in ready.” All cabinets and closets will be cleaned inside and out. Bathrooms are cleaned from top to bottom including the floors the tubs and showers, counters, mirrors, tiles and toilets. We detail every molding baseboard and floor with great detail. We wipe down the air vents and clean the appliances inside and out. We clean the premises from top to bottom and when we’re through the place will look brand new.
PHASE 3
Touch Up Or Re-clean
A week to ten days after final cleaning, the dust has settled and we return to really make your space sparkle by removing any of the dust that hassettled, and putting our own finishing touches on the premises.
We go over the entire place and wipe down and shine up all surfaces. If your property has been sitting for a while after the final cleaning, we’ll do a great re-clean for you.
